1.Definition of visa
Visa means an authorization granted to an alien for entry, stay in, or transit through the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or for transit at an airport. A visa is issued in the form of a sticker affixed to a foreign-travel document or to another substitute document issued in good and due form, and is valid solely in connection with this document and for the purpose for which the visa has been issued. The duration of stay in the Republic of Bulgaria on the basis of a visa may not exceed ninety days.
